One of the most common questions new guests send us is simple: “Which location should I book?” Both locations run the same menu, same pricing, same training standard — a therapist you book in Frisco went through the same system as a therapist you book in Allen. So the honest answer is: whichever is closer to you on the day you want to come in.
That said, there are small, real differences between the two spas, and if you have a reason to pick, this guide will give you the deciding factors. Below, side by side.
Relax Myora Frisco
North DFW · Original Location
Our original location, serving north Dallas, Frisco proper, and the growing communities around Legacy and PGA Frisco. If you work north of 121 or live anywhere in Frisco, Prosper, or The Colony, this is almost certainly your spa.
| Best for | Frisco, Prosper, The Colony, Little Elm, North Plano, Carrollton |
| Hours | Mon–Sat 9 AM – 8 PM · Sun 10 AM – 6 PM |
| Parking | Free lot parking, right at the door |

Relax Myora Allen
East DFW · Full-Service Second Location
Our Allen location opened to serve east DFW with the same training, the same menu, and the same team rotation as Frisco. If you live in Allen, McKinney, Fairview, Lucas, or east Plano, this is your spa — and the drive is usually noticeably shorter than coming to Frisco.
| Best for | Allen, McKinney, Fairview, Lucas, East Plano, Wylie, Melissa |
| Hours | Mon–Sat 9 AM – 8 PM · Sun 10 AM – 6 PM |
| Parking | Free lot parking, right at the door |
| Full menu | Yes — every service we offer |
| Infrared sauna | Available on-site |

Good to know
The important thing: both spas are staffed from the same twelve-therapist team on a rotating basis. If you want a specific therapist, call ahead or check Zenoti for the day they’re on-site at the location that’s convenient for you.
Quick decision guide
Pick by what matters most to you
| If you… | Book at |
|---|---|
| Live or work north of 121 (Frisco, Prosper, The Colony) | Frisco |
| Live or work east of US-75 (Allen, McKinney, Fairview) | Allen |
| Live in Plano and your side of town matters more than the drive | Whichever is closer — ask us for current traffic |
| Want a specific therapist | Whichever location they’re on-site that day — call to confirm |
| Need a last-minute same-day appointment | Whichever has availability — check Zenoti |
| Prefer less crowded times | Weekday mornings and early afternoons at both |
| Are coming for infrared sauna + massage pairing | Either — both have the sauna |
| Are bringing a group or booking a couples massage | Call either location to confirm room availability |
What’s identical at both locations
Picking between the two is mostly a geography decision because almost everything else is the same:
- Service menu. Every massage, every enhancement, every wellness service we offer is available at both spas.
- Pricing. Same prices, same member rates, same enhancement add-on fees.
- Training. Every therapist on our team trained inside the Relax Myora system under founder William Tsung before taking their first guest. The pacing, pressure range, draping standards, and intake language are consistent across both locations.
- Membership. Your Relax Myora membership works at both locations. Book wherever you are that week.
- Gift cards. Any gift card can be redeemed at either spa.
- Booking. Both locations use the same Zenoti online booking. Select your location at the start of the flow.
What’s slightly different
Small, real differences, worth knowing:
- Therapist availability. Not every therapist is at both locations every day. If you have a favorite, call ahead.
- Vibe. Frisco has been open longer and has a slightly broader regular clientele. Allen opened to serve east DFW specifically and tends to see more guests from McKinney, Fairview, and east Plano.
- Peak hours. Peak-time patterns differ. Frisco tends to peak late weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings; Allen peaks earlier in the day on weekends and midweek evenings. If you want a quiet booking, early-afternoon Tuesday–Thursday is a safe bet at either.
What to tell us when you book
Whichever location you pick, your booking will be smoother if you share two things in advance:
- What brought you in — a specific complaint (“my right shoulder has been tight for a week”), a service (“I want to try the Hallmark Massage”), or a goal (“I need to sleep better before Monday”).
- Any medical considerations — pregnancy, recent surgery, blood thinners, chronic conditions, or injuries. We adjust intake and routing based on these.
The front desk handles the rest. If a service we offer isn’t the right fit for your goal, they’ll suggest a better match.
