In this signature massage, a combination of palm, thumb, forearm and elbow pressure, along with gentle stretching, revives tired and fatigued muscles. When needed the broad pressure from the soles of the feet glide along the length of the muscle to iron out large muscle groups. This technique is known as Ashiatsu or back walking. Ashiatsu provides a deeper therapy that is both more comfortable for the client and therapist. By fusing Eastern and Western therapies, our expert massage therapists tailor each sessions to your needs. We customize your massage to provide you outstanding QUALITY and service that is the hallmark of our business. Whether you need the long, sweeping movements of Swedish for overall relaxation and stress reduction, the therapeutic techniques of myofascial release and trigger point therapy for pain reduction or muscle correction, the skillful art of stretching to increase flexibility and range of motion or the graceful power of Ashiatsu, your massage is always customized for you.

*60 min description: RELAX OR DON’T: 60 minutes can either be great for a relaxing, gentle to moderate full body massage or a moderate to firm massage targeted on specific areas. If you are wanting a full body massage that also targets specific areas of concern, please book the 90 minute massage.

*90 min description: THE SWEET SPOT:

Most massage therapists refer to 90 minutes as the sweet spot for massage because an hour and a half, or 90 minutes, gives the client’s body time to reach a deeper level of relaxation is enough time to actually perform a full body massage and address the areas of concern without sacrificing one area for another.

*120 min description: THE WHY NOT?

When 90 minutes seem to fly by in your massage and you’re wishing it wouldn’t end, then a 2 hour or 120 minutes massage is for you, because, why not?

This massage is highly recommended following illness or surgical procedures.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a massage technique focusing on the surface layer of the skin using long, soft strokes to manually encourage the flow of lymph to be filtered out of the body. This process is great for reducing localized swelling and overall pain reduction. Manual lymphatic drainage massage is often recommended for post surgical procedures or illness. Lymphatic drainage massage can also be combined with sessions in our far infrared sauna as an additional way to reduce overall inflammation, promote healing and overall wellness in the body.
